If you are using your health insurance for our services, our support staff will have already determined your deductible and co-pay before your first session. However, we strongly encourage you to also check on your benefits as insurance companies may, from time to time, misquote benefits leading to significant frustration.  Should that happen, your documentation of their quote would probably hold more sway than the coverage that was quoted to this office. Your portion of the fee is due at the time of service. If you don’t have insurance coverage, the initial session fee is $180; regular 53 to 60 minute sessions are $150.  If your insurance considers us an “out of network” provider,  it is usually their policy to reimburse you directly. In these cases, clients pay the full fee at the time of service, after which we will send you a bill that the client will need to submit directly to their insurance company. In special circumstances, a sliding fee schedule can be arranged directly between you and your therapist.
